$3,800,000 HIE Birth Injury

Mother had a full-term, uncomplicated pregnancy, which became an emergency c-section delivery due to prolonged fetal distress during labor. This resulted in an HIE injury, causing permanent brain damage to the baby. The parents were not initially informed about this by the medical team.  The case was settled before trial.
